You have Noble compression positive. ITB band tightness which is iliotibial band tightness. it is a muscle/ligament that insert into your knee. Due to tightness of ITB band around the bursa (knee water sac) and then it irritates bursa and ITB band. so you feel the pain from the knee and you also hear sound from movement of the knee too. you need to see a chiropractor and tell them you have Noble Compression and you need a treatment. hope this helps. good luck!
