안녕하세요. 대학교 졸업 후 11년 넘게 유치원 Master teacher로 일하다 저만의 교육철학과 계획을 가지고 이번에 직접 데이케어를 열게 되었습니다. 11년동안 수백명의 아이들을 가르치면서 어린시절의 시간이 아이들의 인생에 정말 중요하다는 것을 직접 보고 경험하였습니다.
이 시기의 아이들은 많은 놀이를 통하여 많은 부분이 발달하게 됩니다. 엘림 데이케어는 아이들에게 매주 다른 주제로 다양한 것들에 노출될 기회를 제공하여, 아이들이 많은 호기심과 흥미를 가지고 재미있는 학교 생활을 할 수 있도록 최선을 다하여 도와줄 것입니다.

아이들의 안전과 건강, 그리고 위생은 무엇보다 우선시 될 것이며, 아이들 개개인에 적합한 관계 형성과 교육/훈육 방법을 통하여 아이들 전반적인 발달을 도와주고 싶습니다.

After graduating from Cal State LA University with an early childhood development degree, I worked as a master teacher in several preschools, each providing different types of environments based on the philosophy it followed. After experiencing the impact each environment had on children, I decided to open a daycare with my own educational setup and philosophy. Through my 11 years of working with a wide range of children holding distinct  personalities and learning characteristics, I’ve experienced first hand how important the early childhood period is in an individual’s life.
In the early childhood period, children develop their life skills through play. Elim family daycare will provide an opportunity to be exposed to a variety of activities based on a different topic each week. Elim family daycare will do our best to help children feel safe and comfortable to enjoy school time and the many activities that will be offered.
Safety, health and hygiene of children will be our top priority. Elim family daycare will always strive towards supporting the overall positive growth of a child's development based on each individual's needs. Our goal at Elim family daycare is to form personalized approaches for each child and support their development with proper education and discipline methods.
