Where's the best tongdak in California?
Unfortunately, it's not in San Francisco, nor
is it in the surrounding Bay Area, but it's in our
state's capitol, Sacramento-the residence of our famous movie-star
governor Arrrnold.
It's a place called "Sa Rang Bang" (love shack...I know it sounds a little risque but really, it's not) It has the most crispy and golden regular tongdak and yang-nyum (marinated) tongdak.
You've got to try it for yourself to believe it.
