we applied I-130 , I-765 and I-485 to adjust the status of my wife 1.5 years ago

the I-485 was denied because we did not have her I-94(lost)

we finally got a new I-94 from USCIS

now which applications should we apply for now?

does she have to do the medical examination again? or can we reuse the first medical examination?

my sister co-sponsored me for I-485 because i did not meet the income requirements for the past 3 years. but i now i just got a job this month that surpasses the income requirements so does that mean my sister still has to co-sponsor me inorder for my wife to adjust her status?
